CITY OF KOOSKIA AIRPORT LEASE POLICY
In order to maintain a fair and consistent policy for leases on the City owned airport the members of the city council will periodically review and revise the following guidelines as needed.
Non-Commercial Aircraft Lease:
Hangar for Recreational flying:
Price $270.00 for a 50x100 ft. lot
20 year lease with price to be re-negotiated every 5 years.
Liability: Hold Harmless Agreement.
*Any new lease will be $283.00 per year with 4% price increase yearly - 10 year lease - effective 09/01/22
Commercial Lease Aircraft: Definition of Commercial Lease for Aircraft: Anyone who uses the lease for a financial gain.
